Veara Inked to Epitaph Records

According to a post at the Epitaph Records website, the long-running punk label has just signed Augusta band Veara to a deal that also involves indie label Running Man Records.

Started in the 80′s by Bad Religion guitarist Brett Gurewitz, Epitaph Records was instrumental in helping break out such bands as NOFX, Rancid, and The Offspring, all who released hit records on Epitaph in 1994.

Veara joins a label roster that currently includes popular acts such as Bad Religion, Alkaline trio,  Story of the Year, New Found Glory, and Rancid.

Check out the official announcement from Veara’s and the label’s YouTube sites.

Veara will rock Sector 7G once again March 19th with The Wonder Years, 11 Spirits, xAcutex, The Awkward Romance, and Latin for Truth.  Tickets are available online at http://kapiro.com/events/6927.
