The Sounds of Halloween

As the fall takes over and the chills slowly creep in, the holiday season arrives to engulf all in its annual trappings.  What will end in a couple of months with the celebratory ringing in of yet another new year begins this week with the dark and gloomy tradition known to all as Halloween.  While not as prominent as it was some twenty-something years ago, Halloween remains a part of our culture, if not for youthful thoughts of costumes and candy, then for teen and adult gore entertainment.  Of course horror and music have shared a sort of kindred relationship for many years and although trick or treating today may not resemble neighborhood rollicking of past generations, there are still those who love to gather for a wicked good time featuring music, costumes, fake blood, and lots and lots of fun!  Below are just small bite of musical Halloween offerings for your creaturely planning.

Friday October 30th

Disco Hell*O*ween @ the Soul Bar

Rock & Roll Circus @ the Playground

Saturday October 31st

Halloween 80′s Night @ Sky City

Halloween Party featuring Tommy OD & the Survivors @ the Playground

The Black Dahlia Muder, Chairleg, Toxic Holocaust, Skeletonwitch, Trap Them, and Suspect Terror @ Sector 7G
