A few weeks ago, we reported that hometown stars Josh Kelley and Charles Kelly came home to Augusta for a surprise visit to Lakeside High School. Yesterday saw another local star return as well.
Jessye Norman visited her fine arts school, Jessye Norman School of the Arts, and spoke to reporters from WRDW. (See their article here)
If the name Jessye Norman sounds familiar, but you can’t place it, you’ve probably been down to Augusta’s Riverwalk. According to The New Georgia Encyclopedia,
