Downtown teen venue comes under attack
As the only venue downtown that caters to the under 21 crowd, all-ages venue Sector 7G has now come under fire by someone passing around a petition against the venue. Sector 7G owner Nick Laws only found out about the petition when informed by a nearby business that such a petition was being passed around. The petition, or petitions, also singles out downtown skateboard youths that do little more than skate at an old downtown bus station.
This of course is not the first time an all-ages venue has been singled out downtown. Sector 7G was originally created to fill a void left by popular hangout The Hangnail after it was shutdown following reported complaints.
